Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026 · Null-Bounce

1. The service

Null-Bounce verifies whether email addresses are deliverable, using syntax analysis, DNS lookups, and SMTP handshakes that never deliver a message. The service is provided via web dashboard and HTTP API.

2. Acceptable use

  • You may verify addresses you have a lawful basis to process.
  • You may not use results to send unlawful content, to harass, or to breach CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CASL or equivalent law.
  • You may not resell raw access to the API without a written agreement.
  • You may not attempt to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure beyond the documented API.

3. Credits and payments

One credit is consumed per verification that produces a verdict. Unknown results are automatically refunded.Pack credits do not expire. Plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; canceled plans stay active through the paid period. Failed payments retry on day 0, 3, and 7 before cancellation.

4. Accuracy

Email deliverability is a live system: mailboxes are created and deleted constantly, and some providers refuse verification by design. We report honestly what each check could and could not confirm, but a valid today is not a warranty that tomorrow's send lands. The service is a best-effort signal, not a guarantee.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Null-Bounce's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sends, lost revenue, or reputational harm from bounces.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account, with full data export). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where law allows. On termination, unused pack credits are forfeited; statutory refund rights are unaffected.
